All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
What if my package was badly damaged in transit?
If this happens to your package, please drop me a line here with the email you used to place said order, and please include photos of the damage. I'll see what I can do to make it right.
(Also, please check your spam folder for a response within the first 24 to 48 hours.)

Something came up, and I'd like to cancel my preorder.
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time, guaranteed, up until the last day of any preorders, at 11:59pm EST.
To do so--please drop me a line here. Include the email you used to place it, and I'll cancel it as soon as I am able. So long as you send it by the deadline above, I promise that I will see your cancellation request before I sit down to prepare these packages.
Help, I missed the cancellation deadline! (US only)
For unopened packages only, please write "REFUSED" on the parcel exterior. Simply place it in your mailbox with the red flag raised or drop it off at a USPS Collection Box. This way, you don't have to pay for its return trip.
You can expect a partial refund (for the item, not for the original price of shipping) in about three weeks, when I receive the original package.
(The USPS will hold mail at the post office for about 15 days before attempting to return it to its original sender, which might take another seven. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but I'm a one-person team trying my best.)

Okay, so I'm actually still researching this one. But I'm pretty sure if you refuse the package (in whatever way deemed acceptable by your country of origin's postal system), then the package should return to the sender as well.
A partial refund will be issued to you once the original package finds it way back to this shop. (This may take a while.)
But be aware that you might still end up paying import fees to customs, regardless of whether you don't keep the package. This is something this shop has no jurisdiction over, and cannot reimburse you for.
